Granville, the West End, and Cambie Street near Queen Elizabeth Park; as well as two buildings in Kitsilano and one in North Vancouver.
Many of our buildings are heritage character; and all are well-maintained, landscaped, and tended by resident Caretakers.

buildings use a key fob access system on entrance doors as an added security feature. We have a no-pets policy.
All suites include heat, hot water,
window blinds, and common-area laundry facilities.
The majority of suites have hard-wood floors.
